• Website data: like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information such as your browser type and pages visited.

• To schedule, pick up, clean, and deliver your laundry
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, and delivery updates by text or email
• To process payments and keep business and tax records
• To send our newsletter and special offers, only if you sign up

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us run the business, such as our payment provider (Square), our website host (Netlify), which receives our booking and contact forms, and our email newsletter provider, and only as needed to provide their services. We may also share information if required by law.

Address suggestions

When you type a street name on our booking form, the street name you've typed (not your name or other details) is sent to a free map service (Photon, using OpenStreetMap data) to suggest matching addresses.

Text messages and emails

If you give us your phone number or email, we'll use it to contact you about your service. You can stop marketing emails anytime by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email. You can stop marketing texts by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and only keep it as long as needed for our service and for business and tax records.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by calling, texting, or emailing us.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
