No. Leave your bag in an agreed spot, like your front porch, and we'll take care of the rest. We aren't responsible for bags left outside before pickup or after delivery.

Absolutely. Many adult children arrange weekly pickups for a parent. Call or text and we'll set it all up, including payment.
Call Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm. Text anytime and we'll reply within a few hours. If we miss your call, leave a message and we'll call you back the same day. You can also book online anytime.
$1.75 per pound on a weekly or every-other-week plan, or $1.85 per pound for a one-time order, with a $35 minimum. Bedding is priced per item. See Services & Pricing.
Cash, check, or card, paid at delivery. Weekly customers can also be billed weekly.
Clothing isn't taxed. Sheets, towels, and bedding include New Jersey sales tax (6.625%), so we weigh them separately.

Never. Every customer's laundry is washed, dried, and folded separately, and tagged with your name.
Unscented, hypoallergenic detergent by default, which is gentle on sensitive skin. Prefer a scent or softener? Add them when you book.
Unscented (our default, included), or for +$0.25/lb: Fresh & Clean, Lavender & Vanilla, or Classic Clean. We use in-wash scent boosters, so the fragrance lasts for days. See all scents.
We pre-treat any stains you point out. Most come out, but we can't guarantee every stain will.
"Dry clean only" items, leather, suede, fur, items soiled with chemicals or bodily fluids, items with pests, shoes, and rubber-backed rugs. If we find one, we'll return it unwashed.
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right, as described in our service policy. We're careful, and we tag every order to prevent mix-ups.
